  • Foundation Stone Laying (November 25, 2023): Barrister Lutfur Rahman, alongside distinguished guests from the Scottish Parliament, initiated the project by laying the foundation stone in Osmaninagar Thana, Sylhet.

  • Land Title Transfer: Official handover of the proposed land to NRB Hospital, securing the site for development.

  • Feasibility Study: Comprehensive analysis conducted to assess the project's viability and inform strategic planning.

  • Regulatory Approvals: Acquisition of all necessary permissions and clearances from relevant authorities to proceed with construction and operations.

  • Funding Procurement: Securing financial support through donations from Barrister Lutfur Rahman, his family, international organizations, and Non-Resident Bangladeshi individuals.

  • Construction Phase: Development of hospital infrastructure, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Staff Recruitment: Hiring qualified healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional medical services.

  • Team Development: Establishing a cohesive management and operational team to oversee hospital functions.
